Prior to Your Wedding Day

  • First introductory meeting to discuss vendors, etiquette, and personal details
  • Second meeting to confirm vendors, form appropriate timeline, and discuss additional details
  • Ceremony Rehearsal, with immediate family and bridal party line-up, run through, and discussion with Officiant
On Your Wedding Day
  • Arrive at Bride's location with first vendor, assuring Bride and Bridal Party is on schedule
  • Follow Bride and Bridal Party to Picture, Ceremony, and Reception locations
  • Greet Bride & Groom's family and ensure they are on time in the morning
  • Tend to vendors' needs (electrical, placement issues, collaboration, etc.)
  • Secure set-up of ceremony and reception areas
  • Verify the proper place setting & placement of all tables & chairs
  • Elegant set-up of place cards on registration table
  • Distribution & set-up of guest book, wedding favors, programs, card box, framed photographs, and all other personal items that will be displayed/distributed
  • Direct guests to the ceremony and reception areas
  • Crowd management
  • Adjust bride's dress and accessories prior to walking down the aisle
  • Cue musicians and/or DJ, ensure they are comfortable with the timeline and have the correct musical selections
  • Ensure the reception area d├ęcor is completed and as desired before opening doors to banquet hall/ballroom
  • Line up and prepare the MC, wedding party, and all family members for the grand entrance prior to the reception
  • Supervise and communicate with the chef, banquet captain and catering staff to ensure excellent and timely dinner service
  • Prep anyone scheduled to give toasts and speeches, as desired
  • Handle any emergencies or unexpected occurrences in a professional and comprehensive manner
  • Keep the wedding day running on schedule as closely as possible while maintaining a good flow of events
  • Distribute final balances and gratuities to vendors on your behalf (optional)
